Ethno-complex "Supara"

Supara was conceived as an ethnic centre dedicated to the nomadic culture of the Kyrgyz people. Only traditional materials were used in its construction — clay, stone, leather and reed — and the menu features exclusively authentic dishes: kuurdaq, kattama, kuurma chai and kumiss. The complex comprises 7 yurts of varying sizes, each with a unique interior, and the largest yurt in the world can seat up to 230 people. Guests dine inside the yurts, take part in costumed performances, learn the art of hunting with golden eagles and try their hand at trout fishing. Supara is not merely a dinner — it is a full immersion into the living history of Kyrgyzstan.
