The concept of the modern Kazakh cuisine restaurant TÖR is built on three pillars: modern, qazaq, local. TÖR — which means "a place for an honored guest" in Kazakh — combines national local products and modern cooking techniques to create new and distinctive dishes. While TÖR’s cuisine is not strictly traditional, the restaurant’s team offers a modern and more accessible version of Kazakh food, making it comfortable for today’s guest.
