Zirbak was born out of a desire to bring Tajik culture closer to young people and travelers — this is a place where you don't just eat, you step into the traditions of the region. The interior is warm and full of life, with every corner steeped in national character: the walls are decorated with colourful plov plates and the chandeliers are crafted from adras silk. The menu centres on three varieties of plov — Tajik, Tashkent and Afghan — alongside breakfasts, salads, soups, laghman and desserts, with delivery available too. The vibe here is genuine and unpretentious — locals and visitors sit side by side, and that mix tells you everything you need to know.
